A deposit of 20% of the holiday price is required at the time of booking, with the balance becoming due 4 weeks prior to your holiday. Instructions will be sent on how to get to Broadmeadows together with arrangements for collection of keys.

1. Accommodation

The property hired is strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accomodation exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him. The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of a delayed departure.

2. Holiday Price

A full balance of the total amount is payable not later than 4 weeks before arrival date.

3. Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the total should be sent in with the booking form.

4. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately. Once monies have been paid this is forfeited should the holiday be cancelled.

5. Cleanliness, loss & damage

The hirer is expected to leave the accomodation as found on arrival, and to pay for any losses or breakages.

6. Non-availability of the property

If for any reason beyond the Owner's control the property is not available on the date booked, all rents and charges paid in advance by the Applicants will be refunded in full, but the Applicants shall have no further claim against the Owners.
